Crashes constantly

Have held off on reviewing because I hoped they would fix the crashing issue, but 2 updates later & still no change. You cant look things up by department or search for items without the app crashing. App is basically useless. Not sure what changed, it worked fine about until about 3 or 4 updates ago.
